BEYOND PRODUCT SUPPLY

Practical formulation solutions for real material and production challenges

We develop the formulation around the customer's resin system, processing equipment and finished-product target, then support sampling, validation and production introduction to improve performance, stabilise processing and create a measurable product advantage.

01

Turn the problem into an R&D target

Translate warpage, brittleness, haze, flame or film-blocking issues into measurable criteria.

02

Formulate around the part

Account for resin, geometry, machine, process window and end use—not only an existing product code.

03

Decide from tests and trials

Select relevant characterisation and application comparisons, then record data for the next adjustment.

04

Carry the result onto the line

Validate under the customer's equipment and process conditions before scale-up, batch confirmation and repeat supply.

APPLICATION RECORDS

Start with the part, compare, then validate on the line

We use part comparisons and production-line performance to decide the formulation direction for containers, closures, transparent products, film and pipes. Each project starts with the actual issue and moves into validation under the buyer's process conditions.
