01 / WHAT WE DO
We develop functional masterbatch and work on specific plastics problems
Our application work covers injection-moulded parts, film packaging, thermoforming, pipes and sheets. Current product directions include dimension and cycle control, clarity, toughness, flame performance, antibacterial, weathering, barrier and slip.
A data sheet only describes part of the material. We also examine part geometry, equipment, process window and use conditions, then decide the next step from trials and comparisons.

Chengdu leads R&D and technology transfer, Foshan handles manufacturing and sales, and Guangzhou manages operations and global customer service.

Foshan manufacturing & quality
Foshan PRIMA handles pilot runs, scale-up and batch supply. Production records, inspection items and batch-delivery requirements follow the confirmed product and project criteria.
Testing & documentation
The submitted-sample third-party report and its listed items are public. Product-specific TDS, MSDS and project validation documents are supplied for the confirmed grade after technical review and sample confirmation.

Our current materials list rheology, HDT/Vicat, TGA, burning, hardness, melt flow, particle size, haze/transmission, colour and ageing. The methods and report scope used for each project follow the agreed test plan.
