POLYMER CHENGDU × SICHUAN UNIVERSITY
CHENGDU R&D · FOSHAN MANUFACTURING · GUANGZHOU OPERATIONS
POLYMER (CHENGDU) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. works with the Institute of Polymer Research at Sichuan University through a joint laboratory, focusing on advanced functional masterbatch research and commercialisation. Foshan supports manufacturing and sales, while MOFA Advanced Materials in Guangzhou leads operations and global customer service.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Built on 18 years of experience in functional film masterbatch, our team combines the research strength of Sichuan University with industrial application experience. Chengdu develops and validates technology, Foshan turns formulations into stable production, and Guangzhou connects the product system with markets and customers worldwide.
A joint laboratory with the Institute of Polymer Research at Sichuan University supports formulation research, material characterisation and technology transfer.
Production and sales capabilities carry validated formulations into trials, scale-up and repeat batch supply.
MOFA Advanced Materials coordinates market operations, customer projects, order fulfilment and global service.
Long-term work in functional film masterbatch connects scientific research with practical processing and application needs.
INDUSTRIES
These are the application areas we discuss first. The final direction still depends on resin, geometry, machine, process and target.

We develop the formulation around the customer's resin system, processing equipment and finished-product target, then support sampling, validation and production introduction to improve performance, stabilise processing and create a measurable product advantage.
Translate warpage, brittleness, haze, flame or film-blocking issues into measurable criteria.
Account for resin, geometry, machine, process window and end use—not only an existing product code.
Select relevant characterisation and application comparisons, then record data for the next adjustment.
Validate under the customer's equipment and process conditions before scale-up, batch confirmation and repeat supply.

APPLICATION RECORDS
We use part comparisons and production-line performance to decide the formulation direction for containers, closures, transparent products, film and pipes. Each project starts with the actual issue and moves into validation under the buyer's process conditions.
01PP / FM101 direction
02PP / FM101 direction
03PP / FM103 direction
04LLDPE / FM102 + FM106 direction
05PPR / FM2005 direction
Grade, dosage and validation methods are agreed against the resin, equipment, process and product target.
R&D & VALIDATION
POLYMER (CHENGDU) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. and the Institute of Polymer Research at Sichuan University have established a joint laboratory. For each customer project, we combine material-mechanism analysis, formulation development, laboratory characterisation and application validation to provide a technical basis for trials and production.
Validation items and methods are selected according to the material system and project target.

PRODUCTION · QCTESTING · PRODUCTION · QUALITY
Third-party testing, Foshan manufacturing, project validation and batch delivery are presented as one quality chain.
TELL US WHAT YOU’RE MAKING
We start with your resin, part, process and target. Then we determine whether an existing grade fits or the formulation needs to be adjusted.
