Once processing is stable, the weathering plan is tied to the product construction, colour, location and exposure. We retain unexposed yarn and fabric from the same run because yarn data alone may not describe the woven article.
Record the full drawing route
Send the resin and recycle content, tape width, draw ratio, oven temperatures, line speed, current stabiliser package and end-use location. Samples of both yarn and woven product help us review process and outdoor requirements together.
