We review the target processor, equipment window, product geometry, existing resin properties and the control grade in the market. The functional package must fit the resin production route and remain practical for customers to process.
Select one lead application for the first grade
Provide the base resin specification, production route, intended conversion process, target property and customer acceptance method. Starting with one lead application gives formulation and sampling a clear boundary; later applications can be assessed against their own conditions.
