A request such as 'better performance' is difficult to formulate until we know where the product fails, what has already been tried and which result the customer will use to approve a sample.
We then decide whether an existing grade deserves a controlled trial or whether the carrier, active system or concentration needs development. This prevents a custom project from starting when a standard solution already fits, and prevents a standard grade from being forced into an unsuitable application.
Bring one clear decision target
Provide the current sample or photographs, resin and formulation, process, annual or trial volume, target value and acceptance method. After review, we will confirm the first technical route and the information still missing before laboratory work begins.
