How distributors can prepare a technical enquiry for us
A distributor does not need to solve the material problem before contacting us. We need an accurate account of the application, resin, process, symptom and target. If something is unknown, marking it as unknown is more useful than filling the gap with an assumption.

We assign one project reference to the customer brief, samples, quotations and later feedback. This keeps the technical history together when several people are communicating across the distributor, end user and our team.
Forward the customer's original evidence
Photographs, test reports, film or part samples and machine records should retain their original dates and labels. Add who observed the issue and under what conditions. Our team can then ask focused follow-up questions without making the distributor translate technical details twice.
