From laboratory sample to production trial: preserve the conditions

A laboratory result gives us a direction, but it does not replace the customer's machine. Before scale-up, we transfer the exact grade, lot, dosage, mixing method, specimen history and acceptance points used in the earlier comparison.

The production line also needs a clear changeover and sampling plan. Enough material must pass through the system before samples are taken, and operators need to know which settings may be adjusted and which must remain fixed for the comparison.

Confirm the production run before shipping material

We review machine capacity, planned run length, feeding method, start-up sequence, sampling times and the person responsible for acceptance. This avoids sending a trial quantity that is too small to clear the line or too large for a first controlled run.
