Describe the part or film before naming the function
Give us the resin grade, part or film structure, processing route and the failure that can be seen or measured. Photographs, a drawing and a retained sample usually tell our engineers more than a broad request for improved performance.
Write down the acceptance point
State the target value or acceptable condition, the test method, specimen history and inspection time. These details matter in projects involving dimension, haze, impact, flame performance, antibacterial testing and weathering because each result belongs to its test condition.
Include the production limits
Current formulation, dosage, machine settings, processing window, compliance requirements and planned trial quantity define what we can compare. Our team uses this brief to prepare a repeatable trial plan and to avoid recommending a grade on the product name alone.
